Mother's day roses
I ordered 24 pastel pink roses for mother's day on behalf of my children.
A few days before delivery I was informed due to unforeseen weather conditions there would not be sufficient pastel pink roses and that I could choose an alternative. I was happy to be informed in advance and to have the opportunity to choose an alternative.
The roses were delivered as per schedule. However 1 stem was broken.
When I advised Roses only they immediately apologised and sent me a small refund.
This was a nice gesture.
